The following terms and conditions should be read before making a purchase.
Service user is bound to these terms by playing Shimlar and may not play if they do not agree to these terms. If terms of Shimlar are breached, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access.
Every monetary transaction is an electronic contract between yourselves and Shimlar LTD. Non physical products are not eligible for a return. Every monetary transaction will be in exchange for content within Shimlar LTD. and shall be acquired from and by Shimlar LTD. only.
Users of Shimlar that have paid for an electronic service by way of monetary exchange, may only be entitled to a refund if the service is not completed. This refund must be requested within 14 days of transaction. The refund will be by way of exchange for another service (to be determined between Shimlar LTD. and service user) but only within the above 14 day period. In order to receive this, service user will need to submit a formal request including receipt number, time of transaction and character name to firstname.lastname@example.org. No other form of request will be accepted.
Refunds cannot be requested if the round prematurely ends due to no fault of staff/software at Shimlar LTD. Refunds will not be accepted from the previous round. Refunds may take up to 3 working days to process.
Furthermore if the in-game rules are not strictly adhered to Shimlar reserves the right to suspend or terminate access.
Shimlar is a trading name of Shimlar LTD.
